Abbey launches new range; ups large loan LTV
Abbey for Intermediaries has increased the maximum LTV on larger loans from 60% to 70%, alongside launching a range of fixed and tracker deals, and lowering rates by up to 0.30%.

Loans of between £1m and £2m will now be able to access deals up to 70% LTV.

New deals include a two-year fixed rate for remortgagers at 3.39% up to 60% LTV, with a booking fee of £495, and a two-year fixed rate for homebuyers at 3.19% up to 60% LTV with a £945 fee.

Further deals include a two-year tracker at 2.29% up to 70% LTV with a 1.5% fee for remortgage and house purchase.

Customers with a Santander current account will have access to a two-year remortgage tracker at 2.49% up to 70% LTV, with a £745 fee and maximum loan size of £1m, and a two-year house purchase fixed rate at 4.89% up to 85% LTV, with a £745 fee.

In addition, there is a three-year fixed rate for Loyal Movers at 3.89% up to 70% LTV with a £495 fee.

Abbey for Intermediaries has also cut interest rates by up to 0.30% on more than 25 of its fixed and tracker products.

These include a two-year fixed rate for remortgages up to 85% LTV at 4.99% with a £995 fee, and a three-year fixed rate for homebuyers and remortgages up to 70% LTV at 3.89%, with a £995 fee.

Meanwhile, fees have been reduced on selected products. Abbey’s two-year tracker at 2.99% up to 70% LTV is now fee free, while its Flexi Offset deal for remortgagers at 3.49% up to 75% LTV now has a fee of £1,250, down £245.
