Goldsmith Williams extends cashback offer to brokers
Goldsmith Williams has revealed it will give advisers £150 cashback when they instruct the firm on Woolwich’s Great Escape remortgage deals.
The broker offer is an extension of Goldsmith Williams’ cashback deal that allows lenders’ cashback to pay for clients to use their own solicitors.
Goldsmith Williams will also offer brokers a seven-day remortgage guarantee.
Simon Miller, head of remortgage at Goldsmith Williams, said: “Our cashback alternative to lenders’ free fee cases was launched in response to brokers’ concerns over the service provided by lenders’ solicitors.
“Our approach has always been to act in the interests of the borrower, broker and lender, as we need all aspects of the transaction to run as smoothly as possible.
“Other lenders can follow the Woolwich example by offering cashback schemes and giving borrowers real choice.”
