The site, www.btlexperts.co.uk, has sections on landlord obligations, regulation, income and tax implications, letting agent services and charges and rental calculators.
It also provides information on tenancy agreements, deposit protection schemes, landlord insurance and ending a tenancy.
In addition, from July, BM Solutions will provide brokers with buy-to-let guides to give to clients looking for more information on the market.
