The deals are exclusively available via Legal & General, Openwork, PTFS and Sesame for purchases and remortgages.
The fee free, two-year fixed rate deals are available up to 60% LTV at a rate of 3.49%, 65% LTV at 3.59%, 75% LTV at 3.69%, 80% LTV at 4.39% and 85% LTV at 4.79%.
Platform has also launched a range of two-year fixed rate deals which include a £950 arrangement fee. The products are available up to 60% LTV at a rate of 3.09%, 65% LTV at 3.19%, 75% at 3.29% and 80% LTV at 6.09%.
Free valuation and free standard legal fees are available for remortgages and both products come with a non-refundable administration fee of £89.
