Three-year fix with a rate of 4.09% and no fee, available up to 85% LTV to Loyal Mover homebuyers.
The product comes with the Homebuyer Solution, which offers borrowers the added benefits of a free standard mortgage valuation and £250 cashback on completion.
AFI is also offering £500 off the fees on its other Loyal Mover products. The exclusive range is available to existing Abbey mortgage customers who are moving home and want to keep their mortgage with us.
Borrowers with less than six months remaining on their current deal can take advantage of a product from the Loyal Movers range and incur no ERC, as long as they borrow at least the same amount as their existing mortgage balance.
