Hinckley & Rugby BS maintains 100% customer satisfaction score
Hinckley & Rugby Building Society has kept up its 100% customer satisfaction score for the third consecutive quarter.

Its survey, which was filled out by its new and existing borrowers, all said they would recommend the Society to friends and family.

The customers surveyed included those who go direct and via intermediaries for products.

Hinckley & Rugby chief executive Chris White said that the positive response has been down to good customer service. 

“To hit 100% for the third time in a row is the kind of customer satisfaction which we take great pride and pleasure in achieving.

“Very happy customers do not just happen by accident. We have great service as a guiding principle in everything we do. And as our mortgage business has picked up and the department becomes busier, it gets harder to achieve but the ideal of 100% recommendation remains our goal.”
