The joint venture will be branded Cathesis Wealth Management, with Moneygate taking responsibility for the compliance and advice delivered by Stonebridge’s existing wealth management advisers.
In addition, Moneygate will oversee advisers’ training and CPD, and developing wealth management services.
Cathesis will work closely with members of Stonebridge’s network, with the group continuing to offer it lead generation, sales support, branding, marketing and business development.
