HML chief executive Brian Brodie (pictured) and chief commercial and finance officer Neil Warman have left the company, it has confirmed.

The financial outsourcer, a subsidiary of Skipton Building Society, said that chief operating officer Andrew Jones has been named interim chief executive while it looks for permanent replacements.

Richard Twigg, group finance director of Skipton Building Society and chairman of HML, said: “We would like to thank Brian and Neil for the enormous contribution they have made to HML over the last three and a half years and wish them every success for the future.”

The departure of Brodie and Warman follows significant restructuring within HML in the last 18 months.

This has seen it shut its Padiham and Scarborough offices with more than 200 staff made redundant. In addition, it  lost high profile client GMAC-RFC at the beginning of this year.

However, Andrew Jones said: “We will enter 2012 with a stable and sustainable operational and financial base, giving us the right platform to develop and grow, backed by Skipton Building Society.”
