The lender charges a £250 booking fee but no early repayment charge.
Coventry is also launching a 5.35% Flexx fixed rate at 75% LTV with a £250 booking fee, a £999 arrangement fee and no early repayment charges.
Its five-year fix range includes a residential fixed rate mortgage at 3.58% and a Flexx fixed rate at 3.89% both offered at up to 65% Loan to Value with no early repayment charges.
Both loans carry fees of £999, including the booking and arrangement fees.
