Starting from today, the lender is offering introducers £250 cashback for loans up to £750,000, and £500 cashback for loans above £750,000.
Tiuta said the fixed amount will only be paid when the loan is repaid in full.
Steven Nicholas, chief executive officer at Tiuta said: “We wanted to kick off 2012 with a new incentive for brokers and introducers which didn’t just last a few weeks but was an ongoing reward for the whole year, and possibly even beyond that.
“Clearly, the redemption of loans is vitally important for short-term lenders as it means we can re-use the funds to finance further loans. The quicker we are able to redeem, the quicker we can get those funds out into the marketplace again.
“It’s also about recognising the importance of brokers and introducers through the lifetime of a loan and providing a reward structure that recognises the work they do right up to the point of redemption.”
