Last year, Connect Overseas launched a marketing suite for foreign mortgage promotion aimed at the broker market, including customisable email templates, promotional flyers and downloadable up to date product guides.
The site also offers affordability and mortgage calculators, currency conversion tools and access to monthly market review newsletters.
Liz Syms, managing director of Connect Overseas, said: “Our foreign mortgage service for intermediaries is a growing part of our business and we are aiming to provide a complete bespoke service for brokers in 2012.
“Our main aim at present is to give brokers the opportunity to become involved in the lucrative market of overseas mortgages, with as much or as little personal involvement as they want,” said Syms.
