Can MoJ’s clampdown stop adviser harassment from CMCs?
The Ministry of Justice is looking to target Claims Management Companies (CMCs) for their harassment of advisers.

The Ministry of Justice has stepped up with plans to clamp down on unscrupulous Claims Management Companies’ harassment of advisers.

According to Panacea CEO Derek Bradley, the MoJ, which regulates the claims industry, had been unaware of the “serious and unintended” impact of these firms on the IFA sector.
