The app, initially launched on the iPhone in April, and available free-of-charge to consumers, offers a search for the 10,000 mortgages available in the UK.
Available now in the Apple Store for iPhones and iPads and in the Play Store for Android devices, the tool also offers mortgage calculators and GPS technology to find teh hearest broker in its database of mortgage advisers.
Since its launch over 13,000 consumer downloads have taken place with over 750 ‘real leads’ being delivered to brokers via the app’s ‘Find A Broker’ capability, according to figures.
