Accord launches three-year fixes up to 75% LTV
Accord Mortgages, the intermediary lending arm of Yorkshire Building Society, has expanded its product portfolio with a range of three-year fixed rate mortgages at 75% LTV.

The rates start at 3.19% with £995 fees. Other three-year fixed products are available with various incentives including free legal assistance, free valuations and cashback on completion.

The range includes offset versions, the products are fully portable and allow for overpayments of up to 10%.

Accord product manager Martin McIntosh said: “The flattening of market funding costs across term length has created an opportunity for us to introduce a new range of three-year fixed rate mortgages and expand our portfolio of products.

“These three-year fixed rate mortgages will offer customers the choice of fixing their mortgage for an additional year for a very similar overall price to our existing two year products.”
