The provider is offering a five-year fix at 3.55% at 65% LTV and a 3.35% with higher total fees of £999.
The provider has also launched a 4.35% Flexx for term at 65% LTV with a £199 booking fee or a 4.10% with £999 in total fees.
On the tracker side, the Midlands-based lender is offering a two-year 65% LTV at 3.10% with a £199 fee and a 3.47%, two year product at 80% LTV with a the same fee.
