The Buy to Let Business launches mortgage club
The Buy to Let Business has today launched the industry’s first buy-to-let mortgage club.

Members of The Buy to Let Business Mortgage Club will be able to access exclusive rates and have access to the Centre of Excellence – a broker helpdesk – where they can discuss lenders given criteria for individual cases.

The mortgage brokerage said the resource will be valuable to intermediaries with less experience in the buy-to-let sector but who are looking to build their percentage of business.

The club has announced a partnership with Hinckley and Rugby Building Society, and will offer its members an exclusive 3.84% two-year discounted rate, available up to 75% LTV with a £1,999 arrangement fee and a free valuation. The product comes with no early repayment charges and no defined minimum income is required.

Ying Tan, managing director of The Buy to Let Business, told Mortgage Solutions: “We have a strong reputation as a B2C business, but we thought it was time to build our B2B proposition.

“The buy-to-let mortgage club has always been part of our long term strategic growth plans and we aim to inject fresh energy and innovation in to this booming sector.”

Carolyn Thornley-Yates, business development manager at Hinckley and Rugby Building Society, added: “We are very pleased to have established this new relationship with The Buy to Let Business and to have tailored an exclusive product which will hopefully prove popular in the buy-to-let market.

“We are sure customers will benefit from this new alliance which marries the expertise and knowledge of The Buy to Let Business with the individual approach to underwriting favoured by Hinckley and Rugby Building Society”.

All intermediaries wishing to register with The Buy to Let Business Mortgage Club can do so by visiting the website or calling 01276 601041.
