Select & Protect launches introducer service for intermediaries
Select & Protect has today launched an introducer service to help its intermediary customers generate income from home insurance sales.

Intermediaries can register with the GI provider to allow them to pass their home insurance customers to a CeRGI-qualified (Certificate in Regulated general insurance) sales team.

Based in Southend-on-Sea, the team will then make contact with the client to discuss their insurance needs at a time and date to suit.

Bruce Reid, managing director of Select & Protect, said: “We have been refining the introducer process to give the both the intermediary and customer a high quality experience from a company that has been supporting the intermediary channel for nearly 30 years.

“A simple registration and referral process alongside service enhancements, for example an email that tells the introducer every time we have made contact with their client, are just two of a series of developments that have been delivered as a result of understanding exactly what a broker would want to see when they entrust their clients to Select & Protect.”
