The mutual will now offer its 3.59% three-year mortgage without completion fees, available up to 75% LTV. This deal represents a 2.10% discount from Leeds’ standard variable rate.
A booking fee of £199 will still apply. The product offers unlimited capital repayments, a free standard valuation and comes with no higher lending charge.
Phil Coombes, head of intermediary sales at Leeds Building Society, commented: “Our three-year discount mortgage at 3.59% offers good value, particularly when combined with the flexibility of unlimited capital repayments without penalty and no higher lending charge.
“We are also pleased to have removed the completion fee on this product, and the Society is now offering a free standard valuation up to £335 to those clients who require help with upfront costs.”
