Intermediary-only lender Precise mortgages has slashed arrangement fees to zero on its lowest fixed rates and doubled the cash back on selected remortgage products.
The Halloween Special has rates starting from 2.89% fixed for two years with no arrangement fee at 70% LTV and goes up to 3.39% with no fee at 80% LTV. Both rates revert to a rate of 3.92%.
Alan Cleary, managing director of Precise Mortgages said: “These are some of the best prime mortgage products available in the intermediary market. Now that we have widened distribution for this product brokers will need to act fast to secure this rate for their customers.”
