Appointed Representatives of TenetLime can now refer conveyancing business to Blacks, and use the firm’s Search Promise, which guarantees to pay the client’s search fees if their first purchase falls through.
Blacks Connect was launched in the summer by one of the UK’s leading law firms, Blacks Solicitors, which has provided legal services to major lenders and estate agencies for over 20 years.
