MortgageKeeper upgraded to include customer portal
CRM and workflow system MortgageKeeper has been upgraded to offer mortgage brokers’ customers the chance to see their mortgage progress in real time.

The service, which is available to mortgage and protection advisers, allows clients to log into a consumer-facing website and have the opportunity to receive updates from a broker about their case and send information to an adviser electronically.

The firm said that the new tool allows customers to better understand the mortgage process with brokers retaining control of the system by only allowing clients to view the pages they decide.

John Rossetti of parent company eKeeper said: “Increasingly we are all used to having access to information wherever we are, and at any time.

“We have developed the customer portal for the advisers who use MortgageKeeper so that both advisers and clients can have instant access to their mortgage and protection cases whenever they want it, to see how a case is progressing and what is still outstanding.

“MortgageKeeper users and their clients will both benefit from the addition of the portal which is easy to use, quick and adaptable and, most importantly, secure. The portal will speed the application process and let customers see how their mortgage or protection policy is progressing.”
