The product will reimburse many of the costs involved with moving home if a purchase falls through, a scenario which could otherwise leave a buyer out of pocket.
The firm says this will give a buyer extra security and will decrease delays in the home buying process.
Customers will be able to claim if a vendor withdraws the property from sale or if problems are uncovered during a survey on the property. The policy will also pay out if a client is forced to pull out because of illness, death or redundancy.
The Blacks Connect buyer protection policy will pay up to £500 in non-refundable, mortgage lender arrangement fees, product and booking fees, up to £750 in valuation fees and up to £600 in solicitor costs.
