Roger Edwards leaves Royal London
Roger Edwards, managing director of UK protection at Royal London, is to leave the company.

Edwards decided not to be considered for a role in the new structure of the intermediary division and will leave the company in due course to pursue new challenges.

Hugh McKee, chief executive of Royal London’s intermediary division, said: “We are starting to restructure the intermediary division to help deliver greater efficiency while continuing to provide strong expertise in our chosen markets.

“I would like to thank Roger for his very significant contribution throughout his 12 years with Royal London and to wish him well in the future.

“Roger will continue in his current role in the mean time and will support a smooth transition to the new structure of the intermediary division.”
