Specialist mortgage PR firms announce strategic alliance
Public relations consultancy, The Wriglesworth Consultancy (TWC), has agreed a strategic alliance with financial services-focused PR agency, White Dragon Communications.

The two agencies have agreed to work together and combine resources in a variety of areas in order to help develop mutual business opportunities, particularly in the financial services sector.

Wriglesworth said: “Surrey-based White Dragon will work with the TWC team to identify prospective clients and projects exploiting each agency’s complementary expertise in the mortgage/property/housing markets.”

John Wriglesworth, chief executive of The Wriglesworth Consultancy, said: “We are delighted to be forming this strategic alliance with White Dragon. Rob and Barney’s expertise and experience complements our own and we look forward to working together on future PR projects.”

Rob Griffiths, director of intermediary specialist White Dragon Communications, said: “Joining forces gives us a significant resource to draw upon and offers TWC access to our knowledge, contacts and experience in certain sectors. Over the years we have successfully worked with TWC in a number of areas with connected clients and this alliance is a more formal agreement between the two firms. We’re looking forward to working together and believe this alliance will benefit both companies.”

He added: “We’re actively looking at ways the two businesses can work together in terms of sharing resource and exploring initial joint venture opportunities. We feel this alliance allows us to grow and develop with the support of a larger agency.”

White Dragon is helmed by ex-journalists Rob Griffiths, ex-editor of trade magazine Mortgage Introducer and Barney McCarthy, whose career has included various mortgage journalism roles, including editor of Mortgage Solutions.
