Around 4,000 homes have already been reserved during the Help to Buy scheme, but are mortgage advisers finding it difficult to access government schemes?
Figures released by the Home Builders Federation revealed that the scheme had generated 4,000 reservations since its launch on April 1.
However, with both Help to Buy and other government schemes, some brokers have spoken of difficulties in being placed on the broker panel by their local HomeBuy agent.
The latest Mortgage Solutions People’s Poll asks mortgage brokers whether they have been able to access government-backed products.
