Pink broke all-time monthly completions record in July
Appointed Representative network Pink achieved its best-ever month for mortgage completions in July with 2,255 mortgages worth just over £338m, bettering its previous record set at the peak of the market in 2007.

Pink said it achieved its figures with a similar number of advisers, significantly fewer Pink staff operating in a lending market half the size it was then.

The success was built on the staying power and loyalty of its advisers, said Pink, alongside the quality of its new recruits and lender support, which made a valuable contribution.

Mark Graves, director of Pink network, (pictured) said: “The bedrock of our network is those advisers with ambitions to build their firms either through their own sales ability or through building a team; our strategy is to support them in their ambition.

“These results are a direct benefit of Pink’s focus on road shows and workshop support over the last couple of years. This record is not an accident, it is an accumulation of advisers working hard, keeping focused and following a laid down sales process.”

He added: “I suspect it is only the beginning in a continuous line of record breaking achievements for Pink.”
