Jonathan White leaves Personal Touch
Jonathan White is leaving Personal Touch after just over two years as commercial director, the network has announced.

White, who previously worked at Bankhall and Avelo, exited the business by mutual agreement. Personal Touch attributed the departure to the ongoing drive for efficiency across its operations and will not be hiring a replacement for the role.

In a memo to members, chief executive Max Wright said White had played an invaluable role in helping to drive cultural change within the network and strengthening business relationships: “He leaves a lot of friends with in the network who I’m sure will join my colleagues and I in wishing him well for the future.”

In another change to its senior management, Personal Touch also appointed Dave Edwards head of member services and operations.

The operational skills Edwards demonstrated during Retail Distribution Review changes would have a dramatic impact on ensuring network members would deliver good customer outcomes, Wright said.

The propositions team will now form part of the sales and marketing team under the leadership of marketing director David Carrington.
