Nationwide launches pair of broker apps
Nationwide Building Society has launched two mortgage broker mobile apps for its residential and buy-to-let brands.

Apps have been created for both Nationwide for Intermediaries (NFI) and The Mortgage Works (TMW) and will enable quick access to product details for advisers.

Other features include a criteria search, affordability calculator, house price calculator and information about service performance.

The apps are available on Android phones and tablet devices, plus the iPad and iPhone. Brokers can download the apps from Google Play and the App Store from today.

Ian Andrew, managing director of Nationwide Group Intermediary Sales, said: “These apps have been developed with intermediaries in mind, so that they can find NFI and TMW products and information more quickly and easily.

“Whether their client is a new residential borrower or a landlord, these apps will help the intermediary find the most appropriate product in a fast and easy way.

“Most of the features that are currently accessible on the Nationwide and TMW websites are now available to intermediaries via the mobile apps, wherever they are and whether or not they have immediate access to the internet.”
