The Bristol-based firm launched in May 2011 with five mortgage advisers and has since grown to a team of 65. Which? said it is now writing ten times the number of mortgages it did in January 2012.
Which? pays advisers a flat salary rather than working on a commission basis. It said this has allowed the organisation to remain completely independent.
The firm has now extended its offices in Bristol city centre to accommodate its growing workforce.
Mike Lawton, managing director of Which? Mortgage Advisers, said: “Which? Mortgage Advisers has gone from strength to strength over the past few years, but our independent advisers want to help as many people as possible find the right mortgage for them.
“Bristol has proved to be the perfect base for our dedicated team and we are proud not only to have created so many jobs in the local area, but also to have helped consumers from all corners of the country.”
