One Savings Bank partners with Intrinsic and Phoebus
Specialist lender Kent Reliance, part of One Savings Bank, has partnered with the Intrinsic network offering its members products including buy-to-let for limited companies, HMOs and student lets.

Emma Hollingworth, mortgage sales director, Intrinsic network, said: “We are committed to providing our advisers with access to the leading lenders and products within the industry.

“By working with Kent Reliance our advisers will benefit from a great range of residential mortgages but more specifically specialist niche products for those clients that demand a more bespoke service.”

John Eastgate, sales and marketing director, OneSavings Bank, said: “The Intrinsic network has been a name synonymous with supporting the intermediary sector for many years and our partnership will allow us to share our unique lending proposition with their nationwide broker network.”

And One Savings Bank has signed a five-year deal with Phoebus Software to be its core mortgage servicing platform which will initially be used for the delivery of Kent Reliance products.

Products that will be supported through the delivery, expected to be completed by the end of 2014, include residential mortgages, buy-to-let, equity release, commercial mortgages and Channel Island mortgages.

Phoebus Software managing director Paul Hunt said: “One of the proven strengths of the Phoebus solution is its ability to originate and service many different lending and deposit products off a single platform and database.

“Following the initial Kent Reliance delivery this will allow other One Savings Bank companies to have the capability of running off the same solution in the future.”
