The Mansfield Building Society has launched a two-year buy-to-let discount at 3.29% up to 70% loan-to-value.
Loans are available up to a maximum of £300,000 and the product carries an application of £199 and completion fee of £999.

Taylor said the society expects to see continued cgrowth in the buy-to-let sector this year and its new product demonstrates a clear intention to offer competitive options to support brokers and landlords.
