The Buy to Let Club has doubled the number of brokers using its services in the last three months, the firm has reported.
The club, part of The Buy to Let Business, had 600 brokers on its books at the start of the year but has since added a further 600 brokers to pass the 1,200 mark.
Managing director Ying Tan said attendance at Mortgage Solutions‘ Buy to Let Market Forum events in Manchester, Birmingham and London had proved successful.
He added exclusive products had also been the biggest draw for mortgage advisers.
“Brokers love tapping into our vast buy-to-let knowledge by using our buy-to-let helpdesk. We are every lender’s BDM,” he said.
