Debbie Bell has been appointed to the sales director role at Kings Group, following the departure of Chris Bramham to specialist distributor Brightstar this week.

Bell, (pictured) who has been with Kings for 13.5 years, most lately as financial services manager, said she feels very good about the promotion and is ready to lead the financial services division through a further period of expansion.

“I’ve worked my way up in the company, mainly in the financial services division as Kings has always been expanding and always promotes from within, so to take one step further is always great,” she said.

Bell is already recruiting six qualified mortgage advisers to add to the 13 already in place.

“We always find it more rewarding to bring them on and train them up, so they are compliant and work the right way from the off,” added Bell.

Kings is opening two new estate agency offices in Bethnal Green and Royal London Docks to add to its 14 established offices mainly in London, but also Essex and Hertfordshire.

Kings, which opened its first office in 1991, offers financial services, estate agency, lettings, property management, conveyancing and valuation services.

Chris Bramham, previously a director at Kings Group, started at Brightstar Financial this week as director of mortgages.

He will be responsible for leading the specialist first charge team, developing relationships with lenders, working with existing introducers and opening up new channels of distribution.
