As a result Broker users will now be able to instruct Advantage Property Lawyers via Broker Conveyancing’s online portal for both transactional and remortgage business.
Leeds based APL is an independently licenced conveyancing firm, which regularly completes over 600 sales and purchase transactions each month.
Users of Broker Conveyancing who choose APL will be dealt with by a team headed up by director Rob Lewis.
