Adviser network Personal Touch Financial Services has appointed eConveyancer to its conveyancing panel and integration of the service into Toolbox, the technology platform for members of the network.

Econveyancer is an online tool which allows advisers to quote, compare and instruct conveyancers online.

Personal Touch said: “With over 180 solicitor firms competing on price and service to help consumers with their legal needs during the mortgage process, members have an opportunity to offer a service which enhances the relationships they have with their customers.”

David Carrington, marketing director at Personal Touch, said: “As a network we are always looking to help our members create efficiencies in the mortgage advice process, especially in the new MMR world. The firm’s ability to allow members to select a conveyancer on the basis of price, service or location, alongside immediate instruction and case tracking will prove a valuable tool to meet client needs.”

Ben Thompson, managing director at ULS Group, said: “We are delighted to integrate our conveyancing solution into Toolbox. Personal Touch members will now be able to instruct a conveyancer quicker and easier than ever before whilst being confident in finding the right solicitor for their customer.‘’
