Saffron Building Society has appointed Mike Kirsch as interim chief executive officer, with immediate effect.
Kirsch (pictured) has held CEO and director positions with organisations including Norwich Union, Chase de Vere, Alico which he successfully integrated into MetLife and most recently Origen Financial Services.
Geoffrey Dunn, chairman of Saffron building Society said: “I would like to extend a warm welcome to Mike on behalf of the society. I know that Mike’s Board level and financial services experience will stand him in good stead and enable the Saffron to continue to build on its excellent progress to date.”
Kirsch said: “The Saffron has a strong reputation as one of the UK’s leading regional building societies and I’m delighted to be joining them at such an interesting time in their development.”
