Vantage launched its specialist mortgage packaging division in December to meet demand from brokers for assistance with more complex cases in both residential and buy to let.
Its residential panel currently consists of Buckinghamshire Building Society, Saffron Building Society, Cheshire Mortgage and Precise Mortgages, but it plans to expand the number of lenders it works with.
As well as distributing products for complex residential mortgage cases, the new division expands Vantage’s specialist buy-to-let offering.
To celebrate the start of its partnership with the Buckinghamshire, Vantage is offering an exclusive three-year fixed rate at 2.09% which is available to both employed and self-employed borrowers. The product is for owner occupiers looking to purchase or remortgage with a maximum loan-to-value of 70%.
