Foundation Home Loans is the latest lender to reveal its plans to enter the buy-to-let market intending to launch its range at the end of February.
Business development director Paul Brett (pictured), formerly of Masthaven and Borro, confirmed the lender would be based out of the Paratus AMC offices in Bracknell, formerly the office of GMAC RFC.
Brett said this would allow Foundation to use the Paratus infrastructure and staff.
The lender would not confirm its product details.
Foundation’s announcement follows the launch of another new buy-to-let and specialist lender Fleet Mortgages which started lending on 5 January. Fleet is headed up by Bob Young, formerly managing director of buy-to-let lender, CHL Mortgages.
