Clarke’s appointment brings TMA’s key account managers to four. He was previously a key account manager with Paymentshield and has more than 15 years’ experience in financial services, predominantly in the mortgage sector.
David Copland, director of TMA, said: “I’d like to welcome Ian on board as part of our growing and successful team. Ian’s extensive experience in both mortgages and insurance will allow him to immediately increase our level of support to TMA members. Moreover, Ian’s experience in working with our key network and distributor accounts will mean that he is a welcome and familiar face to many advisers.”
Clarke said: “I look forward to work closely with TMA’s DA members as I believe we have a strong understanding of what they need and expect from us. I will be working to support TMA’s existing dedicated account management team that work closely with our members to ensure that they have all the information, tools and support they need to achieve their business targets.”
TMA has also recruited two phone-based internal account executives.
