On loans up to £1.5m, new prices are available on a two-year fixed rate at 1.99% up to 70% loan-to-value (LTV), a five-year fix at 2.49% up to 60% LTV and a two-year tracker at 2.19% up to 85% LTV.
For residential mortgages over £1.5m, Metro has repriced its two-year tracker which is now available at 2.39% up to 70% LTV.
The bank has also refreshed its buy-to-let mortgages up to £1m, the new prices are:
• Two-year fixed rate at 2.89% up to 65% LTV
• Two-year tracker rate at 2.89% up to 75% LTV
• Five-year fixed rate at 3.59% up to 65% LTV
In December, Metro Bank widened its lending area for intermediaries to allow residential and buy-to-let applications for properties located throughout England and Wales.
The challenger bank agreed a panel management deal with conveyancing services provider LMS earlier this month.
