National Counties offers residential and buy-to-let mortgages as well as specialist mortgages including ex-patriate, holiday home and armed forces home loans. Between 80 and 90% of the loans are distributed via intermediaries.

National Counties launched offshoot the Family Building Society last year. The society offers family-backed, low start and offset mortgages.
