Dillin replaces Scott Kennedy who has taken up a new position in NatWest’s mortgage telephony business.
Dillin was previously a field business development manager (BDM) working with brokers in Essex and East London and her new role involves managing a team of nine field BDMs.
Paul Kane, NatWest Intermediary Solutions acting head of sales, said: “I am delighted that Paula has joined my management team. She has a wealth of experience and is highly regarded by the brokers that she has been dealing with in her role as a BDM for her drive, knowledge and desire to help.”
He added: “She has particular expertise in the buy-to-let and new build sectors which are two areas of the market that we expect to see significant growth in this year. I am sure that the brokers on Paula’s panel will miss her but will equally congratulate her on this well-deserved appointment.”
