TSB cuts rates and launches new LTV ratio
TSB has slashed rates across its three, five and 10-year residential mortgage range and introduced a new loan-to-value (LTV) for its three-year fixed rate deal.

Rates on its three-year fixed rate mortgage have been cut by 0.25% to 2.84%, for borrowers with a deposit of 15 to 20% of the property’s value. A new higher LTV of 85 to 90% with an interest rate of 4.14% is now available on a three-year fixed term.

Rates across higher LTV loans for five-year fixed rate mortgages have been reduced by 0.10%, with 75 to 85% LTV products now starting from 2.89% with a £995 fee or 3.04% with no fee.

TSB has also cut rates on its Fix and Flex 10-year fixed rate mortgage, which allows homeowners access to a longer fixed rate with the flexibility to leave without a penalty halfway through. The 75% LTV loan has been reduced by 0.20%.

Remortgage fixed rates have been reduced across the board with the biggest decrease on its three-year product at 80 to 85% LTV, which has been cut by 0.25% to 2.84%.
