The intermediary branch of Yorkshire Building Society has made the range of products available, following the launch of a range of fee-free mortgages in May which were available direct only.
Accord’s products, which have no application or product fees, offer free standard valuation and either £250 cashback on completion for house purchases, or free standard legal fees for remortgages only, on a number of two, three and five-year fixed rate mortgages. Fee-free options are available from 75% to 90% loan-to-value.
A £90 mortgage fee payable on redemption of the loan applies.
On Yorkshire Building Society’s direct range of fee-free mortgages, customers are eligible for cash back of up to £1,000.
