Available on both IOS and Android smartphones and tablets, the app sends brokers instant notifications when updated to ensure they are in receipt of the most up-to-date content.
The ‘give feedback’ function allows users to tell Virgin Money what features they would like to see in future updates, while specific sections of the lending policy can be searched for using targeted keywords.
Peter Rogerson, Virgin Money’s commercial director, mortgages, said: “At Virgin Money, we want to make our lending policy as easy to understand and access as possible. That’s why we’ve created our new lending policy app. It allows brokers to get instant guidance on our lending policy.”
The app can be downloaded from the App Store and Google Play Store by searching for ‘Virgin Money Intermediary Lending Policy’.
