Teachers Building Society has cut rates on its buy-to-let products with its lowest variable rate now starting at 2.59% discounted for two years up to 75% loan-to-value.
Its 2.59% deal is available for purchases, remortgages and let-to-buy customers.
Fees for the mortgage are set at £1,999 arrangement fee and £99 payable on application.
The buy-to-let fee-free option has been reduced from 3.99% to 3.29%.
James Bawa, chief executive of Teachers Building Society, said: “We are constantly amending our products to make sure they suit the needs of our customers, teachers and Wessex residents and to ensure we provide the best rates and discounts that we can to meet these ever-changing needs.”
