Legal and General rolls out conveyancing services to network members
Legal and General has partnered with myhomemove to launch a conveyancing service to all of the firm’s network and mortgage club members.

The launch follows a six month pilot trialed by Charles Cameron & Associates and Alexander Hall Associates.

Legal and General’s service will use myhomemove’s online case management service which allows clients to manage their cases at any time via a number of devices.

A feature of the service is payment to the broker on exchange of contracts, which is offered as part of Legal & General’s mortgage club procuration fee proposition.

Simon Nimmo, managing director of Charles Cameron & Associates, said despite having initial reservations about the service, it was ‘enormously impressed’ with the service its clients had received so far.

“I must admit that we were all slightly cynical that our clients would receive a first class service for the competitive prices being quoted, but am pleased to say that both ourselves and our clients so far have been thrilled,” he said.

“I would have no hesitation in endorsing the offering and, as everyone these days is looking for value for money, it makes it a very easy service to refer.”
