Ex-TMA marketing manager Lauren Bagley has become the latest confirmed recruit to The Right Mortgage and Protection Network as head of marketing.

Bagley joins to help grow the network, develop its proposition and significantly raise the fledgling network’s profile.

Martin Wilson, MD of The Right Mortgage & Protection Network said: “Lauren is one of the brightest talents within our industry and we are very excited to have her at our network. We have significant plans over the next year and challenged ourselves to find people that match our ambition to provide an unrivalled proposition and service to our members.

“Lauren has the experience and passion to deliver successful propositions to firms, as well as a track record of brand development which means that she will be a huge asset to our business.”

Bagley, (pictured) whose C.V includes four years at Legal & General and over two years at PTFS, left TMA in mid-July after increasing the club’s DA membership by more than 50%.

Bagley said: “I’ve always worked on behalf of advisers. That is what I know and what I’m dedicated to. I will continue to constantly challenge the status quo to achieve the results that advisers want and value. The Right Mortgage & Protection Network has a culture that gives autonomy and scope to implement change rapidly for the benefit of its members. In turn this breeds innovation and a strength that is hard to match. It’s a network that is truly built for advisers and recognises that without them it wouldn’t be there. I’m very lucky to be joining this team of likeminded people.”

The Right Mortgage and Protection network has been on a recruitment drive this year most lately recruiting compliance director Gavin Earnshaw from Pink at the end of July.

It has been advertising for a key account manager and a lender relationship manager since 20 July.

The Right Mortgage and Protection network was launched in H2 2014 by its managing director Martin Wilson, who launched Personal Touch Financial Services in 1994.
