Shawbrook expands commercial mortgage team

Shawbrook Bank has appointed two members to its commercial mortgages division, including Sarah Linley as lending officer and Adrian Boxall as a lending manager.
Linley, a mortgage broker for 10 years at a London estate agent, will liaise with brokers and solicitors on cases in her new role to support lending managers in seeing loans through to completion.
In her previous role as a broker, Linley spent time packaging mortgage applications from an in-house independent mortgage broker and liaising with other agents, surveyors, solicitors, lenders and clients.
Boxall’s appointment as a lender manager for Shawbrook will see him focus on assessing credit and underwriting investment property lending applications submitted to the bank by its brokers.
With 26 years’ experience at HSBC prior to joining Shawbrook, Boxall was responsible for a portfolio of 250 trading businesses as commercial manager at HSBC, supporting firms with their growth plans.
Karen Bennett, sales and marketing director, commercial mortgages, Shawbrook Bank said: “I am pleased to announce Sarah and Adrian as two new additions to our commercial mortgages’ lending division, who will bring great value to our already strong offering and further enhance the support we offer to our broker partners.
