Blemain parent group changes name to Together
Jerrold Holdings, the parent company of Blemain Finance and Cheshire Mortgage Corporation, has changed its name to Together.

The Together brand covers the group’s separate companies which offer loans in different areas of the specialist lending market which include Auction Finance, Bridging Finance and Lancashire Mortgage Corporation.

Board director Marc Goldberg said the group had accumulated a lot of different brand names in its 40 years’ of trading.

Goldberg said the company’s central proposition remained the same across all its products which was to take an individual approach to each case.

The company’s expansion has been fuelled by increased funding with current facilities of £1.25bn. For the year ending June 2015, the company achieved profit before tax of £70.1m and has a loan book in excess of £1.4bn.

The staff headcount has increased by 12% in 12 months bringing the workforce to 390 employees.

The company has changed its brand and website to support its new image.
